Where are PieceRelax puzzles made?

Our puzzles are designed in Taiwan by a team of experienced and passionate puzzle enthusiasts, and manufactured in China.

I have a missing puzzle piece, what should I do?

As puzzle enthusiasts ourselves, we understand the frustration caused by missing puzzle pieces. If this happens, we offer a complimentary replacement service for the missing pieces with the same design. Please fill out the form here to initiate the replacement process, and we will gladly assist you.

I received a damaged / wrong product.

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, we offer a refund or exchange opinions. Please email us via support@pintoo.com and we will assist you ASAP!

When will a product be back in stock?

Our products are constantly restocked. However, it may be the case that some of our products are out of stock at a given point in time. If you have any wanted products which are out of stock, please let us know via email support@pintoo.com

Why is my order out of stock after I've placed it?

Occasionally, due to a sudden surge in demand for a product, the inventory system may not update in time. This can result in the item appearing available during checkout, but being out of stock shortly after the order is placed.

If this happens, we will notify you via email to resolve the issue. You’ll have the option to:

  • Replace the out-of-stock item with a similar product of the same type and value.
  • Request a refund for the unavailable item.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and support.

Orders & Shipping

Can I cancel or edit my order?

We start processing your order as soon as you submit it, so we are unable to cancel, edit, or add products to your order after you complete it.

If your order has shipped out, we can provide you with a shipping number and you can attempt to contact the delivery company directly to make changes to your delivery. 

When can I expect to receive my order?

Most orders ship within 5-7 business days (Mon-Fri). Once it's shipped, you will get a shipping confirmation with tracking. Learn more about shipping by clicking here.

Please note: During peak order periods (e.g., holiday seasons) or unforeseen severe weather conditions, delivery times may exceed the estimated dates. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to the U.S. only, but this excludes certain U.S. territories, including but not limited to Puerto Rico, Palau, and Guam. For orders to these territories, we recommend using our Amazon store.

What is your Returns & Refunds policy?

We have a 30-day return policy. You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging. You'll need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted. You can find more information here if you'd like to learn more.

Do PieceRelax offer gift cards or gift certificates?

Thank you for your interest! At this time, we do not offer gift cards or gift certificates. However, we are always looking to improve our offerings, so this may be something we consider in the future.
