I have a missing puzzle piece, what should I do?

We know how frustrating a missing piece can be. To help, PieceRelax offers a one-time replacement service per puzzle. Simply fill out this form, and let’s complete your puzzle journey together!
I received a damaged / wrong product.

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, we offer a refund or exchange opinions. Please email us via support@pintoo.com and we will assist you ASAP!
When will a product be back in stock?

Our products are constantly restocked. However, it may be the case that some of our products are out of stock at a given point in time. If you have any wanted products which are out of stock, please let us know via email support@pintoo.com.
Why is my order out of stock after I've placed it?

Occasionally, due to a sudden surge in demand for a product, the inventory system may not update in time. This can result in the item appearing available during checkout, but being out of stock shortly after the order is placed.
If this happens, we will notify you via email to resolve the issue. You’ll have the option to:
- Replace the out-of-stock item with a similar product of the same type and value.
- Request a refund for the unavailable item.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and support.

Can I cancel or edit my order?

Our orders are fulfilled automatically through Amazon, meaning they process almost instantly and leave a very narrow window for manual changes.
If your order has already shipped, we welcome returns on unopened items within 30 days. Upon delivery, please send photos of the product along with your order details to support@pintoo.com, and our team will guide you through the return and refund process.
When can I expect to receive my order?

Most orders ship within 5-7 business days (Mon-Fri). Once it's shipped, you will get a shipping confirmation with tracking. Learn more about shipping by clicking here.
Please note: During peak order periods (e.g., holiday seasons) or unforeseen severe weather conditions, delivery times may exceed the estimated dates. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Do you ship internationally?

Currently, this website only ships to the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states). If you are located in Alaska, Hawaii, or other US territories, we invite you to shop through our Amazon US store.
For international customers outside the US, please check the store links on this page to shop your region.
If your country doesn’t have a designated store, try choosing the nearest Amazon marketplace and updating your shipping address at checkout to check for international delivery options.
What is your Returns & Refunds policy?

Website purchases qualify for a 30-day return on unused items. To apply, please send your order number and package photos to support@pintoo.com within 30 days. Amazon purchases are governed by and subject to Amazon's own return policies.
