A Few Things to Know First

One-time replacement per puzzle

Each puzzle is eligible for one round of replacement pieces. We recommend finishing the entire puzzle first, so you can report all missing pieces at once.

Amazon Resale & secondhand items

Puzzles purchased through Amazon’s secondhand clearance listings may come with unexpected missing pieces. Since these items fall outside our regular product line, they aren’t covered by our replacement service.

Color variation in replacement pieces

Please kindly note that the replacement pieces you receive are made separately from the original production batch, so slight color differences may occur.

Product ID check

Our product numbers start with a letter followed by four digits (like K1104). You can usually spot it on the front of the box

Photo upload

A clear, top-down photo of your puzzle helps us pinpoint exactly where the missing piece goes. The more complete the image, the better we can match it! You can refer to the sample photo for guidance.

  • Once the form is submitted, it will enter the processing stage and typically takes 14 to 21 business days to be delivered.
  • The missing piece replacement service period for all products is ONE YEAR from the original invoice date.
