To ensure your complete experience, we provide a complimentary missing piece replacement service, allowing you to effortlessly complete your masterpiece.

Notice
- Once the form is submitted, it will enter the processing stage and typically takes 14 to 21 business days to be delivered.
- The missing piece replacement service period for all products is ONE YEAR from the original invoice date.
- Please be aware that when you fill out and submit the form, if you haven't registered as a PieceRelax member, the system will automatically create a customer account for you to ensure smooth processing.
- Please kindly note that the replacement pieces you receive may have slight color variations and minor misalignments when compared to your puzzle.
