No Glue Required

The tightly interlocking pieces stay securely in place, even if you decide to move your puzzles around. No glue is needed to keep them in position.

Design on Desktop for the Best Experience

For the optimal customization experience, we recommend designing your product on a desktop or laptop computer.

Image Resolution

For the best results, use photos with a resolution of at least 3000 pixels on the shortest side. The recommended resolution is 3316 x 4142 pixels or higher.

Save and Resume Your Design

Save your design progress by clicking "Share" in the top-right corner and selecting "Copy Link." Use this link to resume your design at any time.

Image Upload Instructions

Each blank canvas can only store one image at a time.
If you want to create multiple products with the same image, please select the quantity after clicking "Add to Cart".
If you have multiple custom designs, please add one image to the cart first. Then click "Continue Shopping" > "Custom Creation" to open a new blank canvas and upload your next image.

Legal Responsibility for Uploaded Images

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring they have the legal rights to use the images they upload. This includes verifying that the images do not infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights. PieceRelax reserve the right to refuse unlawful and harmful images with violence, pornography, or trademark violations that violate our terms of service.

Missing Piece Replacement Service

We offer a one-time missing piece replacement service. Custom creations include free coverage for the first 3 months from the shipment date. You can extend your coverage to 12 months for a fee of $7.99. If you need a replacement piece, please submit your request through the replacement form within the coverage period, and we'll be happy to assist you.

Color Accuracy

Please note that the final product's colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen due to display variations.

Production and Delivery Timeline

Production and delivery typically take between 14 and 21 business days. To ensure timely delivery, please place your order at least a month in advance.
