Shipping policy
We provide shipping services for orders to U.S. only, but this excludes certain U.S. territories, including but not limited to Puerto Rico, Palau, and Guam.
When ordering more than 2 items, you'll enjoy FREE shipping.
However, for single-box orders, there's a shipping fee of approximately USD 6.00. Our orders are fulfilled and shipped via Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment program. Once the product(s) are under the process of Amazon delivery, the shipping terms will be followed according to Amazon's shipment policy.
All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. Shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days within the United States. You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped. Please note: During peak order periods (e.g., holiday seasons) or unforeseen severe weather conditions, delivery times may exceed the estimated dates. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
International Shipping
Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping outside the United States.
How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@pintoo.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. Customers are required to prepare appropriate postage for the return shipment of items.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@pintoo.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these issues on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
