To qualify for tax-exempt wholesale purchases, please provide the government-issued resale certificate on the next page. This document is required to allow us to process your orders without charging sales tax.

Eligibility

Wholesale accounts are available to approved resellers, distributors, and retail partners of PieceRelax within the United States.

Approval is granted at the discretion of PieceRelax, and may be withdrawn if the terms outlined below are not followed. We appreciate your understanding.

Discounts & Pricing

Wholesale purchases do not qualify for membership points, rewards, referral discounts or additional promotional discounts. If there are any future discounts or promotions for B2B partners, we’ll notify you via email.

Wholesale pricing is offered as a final, fixed rate to ensure consistency and fairness for all partners.

Payment Terms

Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.

Orders will be processed and shipped once payment has been successfully received.

Please note that credit terms are not available at this time. Thank you for your cooperation.

Brand Representation

We kindly ask that wholesale partners accurately represent and label all PieceRelax and Pintoo products.

To protect our brand integrity, unauthorized trademark use, alterations, rebranding, repackaging, or mislabeling are not permitted.

Online & Marketplace Sales

You are welcome to sell PieceRelax products on your own website.

However, sales on Amazon is NOT ALLOWED. This helps us maintain consistent customer experience and brand positioning.

We accept state-issued resale certificates, as well as MTC or SST multi-state exemption certificates, provided that the document clearly indicates the purchase is for resale.
