Wholesale Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

Wholesale accounts are available to approved resellers, distributors, and retail partners of PieceRelax within the United States.

Approval is granted at the discretion of PieceRelax, and may be withdrawn if the terms outlined below are not followed. We appreciate your understanding.

Discounts & Pricing

Wholesale purchases do not qualify for membership points, rewards, or additional promotional discounts.

Wholesale pricing is offered as a final, fixed rate to ensure consistency and fairness for all partners.

Payment Terms

Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.

Orders will be processed and shipped once payment has been successfully received.

Please note that credit terms are not available at this time. Thank you for your cooperation.

Brand Representation

We kindly ask that wholesale partners accurately represent and label all PieceRelax and Pintoo products.

To protect our brand integrity, unauthorized trademark use, alterations, rebranding, repackaging, or mislabeling are not permitted.

Online & Marketplace Sales

You are welcome to sell PieceRelax products on your own website.

However, sales on Amazon is not allowed. This helps us maintain consistent customer experience and brand positioning.

Sales Tax & Exemption Certificates

All wholesale orders are subject to applicable state and local sales taxes unless a valid resale or tax exemption certificate is provided.

Please ensure that any documents submitted are current, accurate, and legally compliant.
